BEYOND THE FILM: Life Coaching Process
November 30th, 2008 | filed in: How To Be, Movies

Our partner, the How to Be Promotional Blitz Project, has posted another Beyond the Film article much like I did with the self esteem series. This time, they are focusing on life coaching. This is one of the central themes to the movie. Here is an excerpt from the article linked below.

You’re not quite satisfied with your life and you decide to work with a life coach. What can you expect?

People who go to a life coach should not expect the coach to come up with all the answers. Life coaches believe that the client has all the answers that they need inside themselves. They just need some help in bringing these answers out. A coach will help a client shift their thinking on a fundamental level – about how they view themselves and their life, making change possible. Life coaches help their clients on the path of self-actualization and assist them in setting and achieving their goals in life. Coaches don’t give advice; the client is responsible for coming up with the answers themselves.
