Rob Defends Heath Ledger?

According to US Weekly, Rob was spotted at the No on H8 show at The Improv in Hollywood on December 16th with a friend watching some stand-up comedians. What happened while he was there allegedly prompted Rob to stick up for the late Heath Ledger. The article said,

….a witness at the No on H8 show at The Improv in Hollywood on December 16, Twilight star Robert Pattinson, 22, booed a comic who said, “Here’s my impression of Heath Ledger,” then collapsed and began faking convulsions.

“Robert and his friend went nuts yelling at him,” the source tells Hit Stuff. “The comic didn’t knowwho it was, but I’m sure he found out later!”

Pattinson screamed, “F–k you! You suck!” says a witness.

If this did indeed take place, right on Rob! Kudos!

If Rob did that, then he’s amazing!!!

the comic was rude and a jerk. He wasn’t funny at all in mentioning Heath Ledger at all.

I can’t say that I blame Rob for yelling at that comic. I would have done the exact same thing because that’s just wrong to make fun of someone for dying! Besides, Heath Ledger was one of my favorite actors..so yeah that would have really pissed me off.

If this is true, I’m proud of him. I think I would have caused a scene if I saw this show. Heath Ledger hasn’t even been gone a year, show some respect for this incredible man.

I would have done the same. Making fun of someone who died a tragic death isn’t funny. That’s just mean.
