Last night in LA was the press screening for “New Moon”…

@tvmarksallen Just saw New Moon. Better than Twilight and crowd just applauded at end. Leaves on a soap opera sting….

Janna just left the New Moon press screening in LA…She says, “I was very impressed not only by the visual effects and the movie, but by the acting itself. Chris Weitz is bad ass!”

Chris Weitz is a genius.. That is a fact. But when somebody comes out, after seeing New Moon, and says ‘lots of Frenching”, or that “it leaves a soap opera sting”… that’s not so good. There CAN not be “frenching” – vampire venom – HELLO! – and the soap opera remark is such a put-down and it makes it sound cheap. Hope these people will not influence the general opinion. Too bad they had to have this kind of preview. The Twilight Saga is bigger than these silly critics.
