I am still dead tired after everything that went on yesterday but so happy. After I got off of work yesterday my friend and I went to the NM Blockbuster party that was being held by one of our local radio stations and Blockbuster. These parties were at selected Blockbuster Video stores around the country. When we got there at 4pm there was already a line and getting longer every minute and the party did not even start until 6pm-8. The guy from BV told us that they were giving away several 100 tickets to the midnight 11/19 screening, so we said what they hell even thought we were already seeing it at midnight 13/14 we were still going to see it with everyone on the 19 at 12am.

It was really fun and BV held a classy event and we won 4 pairs of tickets, she won 2 and I won 2 and we won NM posters, and she won that huge Edward card board cut out thing. I will visit her house more often now

Anyway the thing was over around 8pm and we still had about three hours to kill, so I went home a tweeted for a bit and then we left for the screening. So many people were at the screening along with the press. They scanned our passes and took them and gave us wristbands, told us to leave all recording devices in the car and wanded us too. Was told by theatre manager if he sees a phone or light from a phone ppl would be automatically kicked out and that’s just what happened. 4 teens got kicked out and one lady and her husband.

I’m not gonna give specific spoilers because this was a very special screening being held by The Houston Press and they have not even reviewed the film yet and the L.A. premier is still on Monday. I will tell you ladies and gents that I absolutely loved it from start to finish. I went into this film thinking it was gonna be like Twilight and everything was hype again but I was so wrong. NM kicked Twilight’s ass! around the block 100 times Rob acting really good, but he’s always good but Chris got alot out of him performance wise in this film. Kristen’s acting dare I was fantastic especially in the parts where she had her breakdown, I even cried. The scenes after he left were really heartbreaking, grown ppl were crying and I’m not saying that because I like her, I’m saying it because it’s true. The cinematography blew me away too, the film is simply beautiful. I have so much respect for Chris Weitz, he held true to the book and even added fun little stuff that was not even in the book. I know ppl don’t wanna here this but Taylor was great in this film, he has some great one liners and I loved the animosity and tension between Jacob and Edward that’s some of the best parts of the movie for me. They def, set up the triangle for Eclipse. The birthday party scene 10 times better than we saw in the clip, we did not see everything. Italy breathtaking, the reunion scene Hot French Kissing in Italy, Edward and Bella really went at it I loved this movie so much and it’s gonna make so much more money than Twilight, the anticipation for this film is so much higher.
