Harley’s 5-Factor Diet has been a celebrity favorite for quite some time, and his client list includes Miley Cyrus, Robert Pattinson, Lady Gaga, Megan Fox, Katy Perry, Seth Rogen, and the Jennifer Hudson who recently had an incredibly impressive body transformation. I got a chance to chat with Harley about Hudson’s story, his philosophy on exercise and why he discourages his clients from getting too skinny.

How he got Robert Pattinson to be even more swoon-worthy:

“We work with him whenever he has a film to get ready for, which is quite often. Right now for the movie he’s doing, ‘Water for Elephants,’ we’re working with him on that. He’s a great client, works hard. Again, not someone who naturally is someone who grew up working out and going to the gym, but it’s part of his job and part of looking good and feeling good.”

He offers a few words to Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson, 24.

“Try and pick good projects,” the actor, 51, tells me. “Do what you want to do that challenges you as an actor. Be smart, have fun and start to produce your own material because the big fame rarely lasts. There will come a day when the phone doesn’t ring as much as it used to.”

These photos were sent from my parents (they were on a road trip and happened to visit Chickamauga, GA the same time Rob got there!)

I ask that you please source me.

From my parents:

We got to where they set up the second road block near the set! Got these pics, some of which were where everyone was behind the road block… some after we just tried to drive past the second road block right in front of the house… we were told “drive straight thru and don’t stop”… Mom took some of these out the car window as we went right past the house! (sorry… we didn’t see any stars)

There was a sheriff that was with a movie set person that got heat stroke… they were at a small store (in pics) past the house when we drove through the road block heading out of town. We have the full size pics we can give you tomorrow when we see you.

Love You! Dad

Of course, I asked for more info….

It was definitely the house. Folks had been there since early am. We talked to a couple of girls that saw him. Their dad owned a lil grocery store up the road (where we found the cop). They had to take some ice up to the set and got to watch for a while. Rob walked right in front of them but they could not take pics or talk to him.. The pic of the trucks was up the road a bit…I think that was where Rob’s trailer was…they transported folks back and forth in the white van that’s in one of the pics. The other people we talked to had not seen him. They were about 30 people there around 4ish…they said earlier there were 100’s of folks there. When we went thru the blockade the cop said…as long as you keep going and don’t stop…at the other end the cop was mad we had been let through so I don’t think many others passed.

In its fourth full week, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse took in $11,543,862 from 3,121 locations for a per theater average of $3,699. This represents a 45.74% decrease from the previous week. It dropped from fourth to seventh place for the seven-day period behind Inception, Salt, Despicable Me, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, Toy Story 3, and Ramona and Beezus.

In cumulative domestic totals over time, at this point in its release history (after 30 days) New Moon had taken in $273,220,014. Eclipse is now at $284,184,954. Both films hit the $250M mark on the 16th day.

So far, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse has set all-time box office records for Opening Wednesdays, Single Day Wednesday Gross (non-adjusted), and Single Day Wednesday Gross (adjusted for inflation). It is in second place for Opening Day Gross, Single Day Gross, and Non-Opening Thursday Gross. Release records include Widest Releases, Widest Independent Releases, Widest Opening Independent Releases, Widest PG-13 Rated Openings, and Widest PG-13 Rated Releases.

There’s been quite a bit of discussion online regarding the film’s box office success. In particular, I wonder about the fairness of comparing the Twilight films against each other. The validity of judging Eclipse vs. New Moon is questionable given their strikingly different release schedules. As I’ve been saying since it opened, the idea was not to compete against or beat New Moon’s early numbers. That may be a goal of some people but the idea is to make money, and maybe set some records in the process.

First, remember that the film’s opening weekend started on a Wednesday. There is no way that a “weekend” that begins on a Wednesday can be compared to a “normal” 3-day weekend (when New Moon opened). So any comparison between the two based on how many “weekends” it’s been out simply isn’t valid. Next, look at the time of year the two films were released. New Moon came out during the Thanksgiving-Christmas holiday season. It’s a big time of year for Hollywood but still doesn’t compare to summer, when they put out their “tentpole” films — the potential blockbusters that will keep the studios in the black for another year. The competition is much more fierce beginning Memorial Day weekend through the 4th of July. It’s simply a different marketplace.

Is Summit happy with the first few weeks’ box office returns? I don’t know but I’m fairly sure they must be. Again, the goal was not to “beat New Moon.” That may be something the press or some others will latch on to but it may not be a fair comparison. It was very easy to compare Twilight to New Moon since they opened at the same time one year apart. Not so much New Moon to Eclipse. I think it’s wise to just see how the film does over time in its own right.

Last night I went to the Chickamuga set. It took me an hour to get there and like everyone says its really far out. I got there at 9 and like 3 minutes later a white van slowly came out. Robert was in the back on the passenger side of the road. He was sitting there and I noticed him and waved, then he smiled and waved back. Not many people noticed him because right behind the van was a black, extremly tinted SUV so everyone was paying attention to that.

Thanks @tesslovefaith7 for sending this in!

Rob show up around 5:30am. Cops kicked everyone out at 7am, but we came right back like the loyal fans we are. The perimeter was set up 1/4 of a mile from set. Rob teased a few fans, about 30 of us standing at the perimeter early yesterday morning, by pulling up to the perimeter in a black SUV, he was in the back seat laughing. He was within a few feet of us, the people with very good cameras got good pix of him sitting in the back seat.

Read the rest of the Rob story at the source.

Jimmy Fallon stopped by NBC’s day of the TCA press tour on Friday to talk about hosting the Emmys and Late Night. We caught up with him at the party later that night, where we couldn’t help but ask about working with Robert Pattinson on Robert is Bothered. Jimmy had nothing but glowing words for the Twilight star, who caused the loudest fan screams of any guest he’s had on the show.

PopSugar: Can we expect to see Robert is Bothered at the Emmys?

Jimmy Fallon: Of all the bits on our show that we can do, we gave [the Academy] 10 different versions of all sorts of things we could do, to which they said these are all great, but we have to give out awards. So we have to cut it down to three bits. And Robert is Bothered was not in there. I pitched Robert is Bothered for Teen Choice Awards.

PS: How was Robert Pattinson to work with on Robert is Bothered?

JF: He was a great sport. He climbed up in the tree and did it with us. I’ve never heard louder screams in my life. The screams didn’t compare to anyone, even when Justin Bieber has been on. He was describing his movie Remember Me and people would just not stop screaming. And I was just thinking this is so cool. What an experience. I really hope he’s enjoying this ride. He’s a great guy and he deserves it. He was really shy and really happy — exactly the same backstage as he is on the interview. He’s a charming guy, but just really shy and I just hope he’s enjoying the moment. It must be super exciting to be him.

The more HollywoodLife talks about Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, the more frantic (and desperate) it seems.

We have to think the staff stumbles around dizzy from running in so many circles.

Earlier this week, HollywoodLife reversed its claim that Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon were “TOTALLY flirting” on the Water For Elephants set.

Originally, the site taunted Stewart with talk about the “magic” chemistry between Pattinson and Witherspoon. Then the outlet flip flops, describing the Elephants co-stars’ relationship as just “mentoring and friendly.”

Today HollywoodLife contradicts itself again.

“It seems like Kristen Stewart is as excited as the rest of the ‘Twilight’ fans for the big moment in the franchises (sic) next film!” exclaims the site. “Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have been lovers offscreen for years now but it still seems that Kristen cannot wait for the upcoming Breaking Dawn and the pair’s sex scene!”

Wait a minute.

Now HollywoodLife is saying Stewart and Pattinson “have been lovers offscreen for years”?

That’s weird. Because a month ago, in a story today’s post even links to, HollywoodLife consulted “body language experts” to determine whether Stewart and Pattinson were even dating.

“The lovely duo stepped out together at the LA premiere of Eclipse on June 24, and we couldn’t tell if they seemed totally in love or just friends,” the site told its readers back then, explaining why it brought in the “experts” — “who gave us two completely different opinions.”

Let’s recap.

In June, not only couldn’t HollywoodLife tell you whether Stewart and Pattinson had a real-life relationship, but its experts even gave contradictory opinions.

In July, HollywoodLife claims the two have been “lovers… for years,” as though that’s been its long-held stand.

Got it.

Maybe HollywoodLife should start a premium service where it charges extra for consistency.
