Controversy Surrounding a New iPhone Application “Where Is Robert Pattinson” and Where to Voice Your Concerns
July 15th, 2010 | filed in: Site News A few of my team mates here at Spunk Ransom have informed me that there is a new application on iPhone called “Where is Robert Pattinson”. It was described as “an application that tracks Rob and people post where he is”. While our site is not paparazzi free, we do not endorse the posting of his locations in real time. This is a concern not only for his privacy but more importantly his safety. Places to Write Your Concerns: The company who developed the application is — http://telience.com Email at support@telience.com Twitters to Voice Your Concerns: I hope this information is helpful! If you have an additional place where fans could voice their concerns, please email me at admin@spunk-ransom.com and I will update this thread as needed. Remember, if you are going to voice your concerns, do so in a respectable way. Granted, it is highly unlikely it will be removed unless it violates iPhone terms of service with their applications. We’ll see. Comments (4)acey - July 15, 2010 @ 3:28 pm
Thx for the heads up! OMG..what is wrong with people and the money hungry whores? I agree what Eileen stated “Rob never bothers anyone and he never asked for all this.” This should be illegal Imo…idk how Rob will remain sane after hearing this…very scary world we live in these days. I will voice my concerns to the links u provided. Hopefully, with enough hate mail/comments about this new app directly from Rob’s fans…they will abort it..one could only hope! If not…I hope rob has some good lawyers to stop this stalking app! Hang in there Rob xo jess - July 15, 2010 @ 4:47 pm

I am outraged. Please tell me that some thing can be done about this. It should be illegal and I also pray his promoters can undo it if infact its true. RSS feed for comments on this post. Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time. |

I sent them a mail and asked them to take the application off the market, because I’m very concerned of Rob’s privacy and his safety. Selling and buying this application is a matter of bad judgment and taste. Hopefully it will help, because Rob never bothers anyone and he never asked for all this. Love you Rob!
