Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are featured in an In Touch item this week, and if history is any guide, that means we’re in for a whopper.
According to the magazine’s so-called “insider,” Pattinson “has resorted to begging Kristen to be his wife.”
The actor even supposedly “has the blessing of Kristen’s family,” only to have Stewart remain hesitant.
Uh huh.
In other words, when Pattinson and Stewart don’t get engaged this week, In Touch can claim it was because she’s ignoring his “plea.”
A source close to the couple tells Gossip Cop there’s been zero marriage talk between the young stars, and confirms that Pattinson has not approached Stewart’s parents for their blessing.
In Touch out of touch? Shocking.

Robert Pattinson who? Sure, it’s hard to imagine anyone else in the role of our favorite sexy “Twilight” vamp, but looking at these steamy photos of almost-Edward Cullen Shiloh Fernandez, it’s hard not to wonder what if. The 25-year-old “Skateland” star is featured in the upcoming issue of VMAN magazine on stands February 10, and he dished all about the “Twilight” role that got away.”No one had any idea what ‘Twilight’ would become,” Shiloh explained. “At the time, it was just another audition. I didn’t realize I was missing out on stardom and giant paychecks.” Yet, the actor is self-aware enough to admit that starring in one of the world’s biggest phenomenons may not have suited him. “Now, looking back on it, I certainly wouldn’t have been mentally stable enough to deal with all that,” he said. “Lucky for me, not getting that part led to other work that was a much better fit for me.”

Rob and cast mates including Jamie Campbell-Bower, Jackson Rathbone and Kellan Lutz party it up with some dinner and shots in Baton Rouge during a break from filming! 54Share They may be hard at work filming Breaking Dawn in Louisiana, but it looks like the Twilight boys are still finding ways to blow off steam! In what may be one of the biggest cast assemblages yet, HollywoodLife.com has learned exclusively that Robert Pattinson, Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone, Jamie Campbell-Bower, Michael Sheen and a few of the other male cast members enjoyed a night of sushi and shots at Tsunami in Baton Rouge Jan. 25. Sadly, it looks like no girls were invited! A source inside the swanky restaurant says, “The boys got there around 9:30 pm and sat at a table, there were about 15 of them. They stayed until closing, sometime between 11:30ish or midnight. Rob sat next to Jamie and was pretty low key in a hoodie!” A Cullen fraternizing with a Volturi?! Scandalous! “A girl from a nearby table ordered them a round of lemon drop shots, and the bartender took it with them,” the source went on to say. “Rob was really nice and introduced himself to the bartender and seemed really happy and down-to-earth.” The popular eatery, located inside the Shaw Center for the Arts, was also an affordable choice for the boys with most entrees under $20! The cast headed home afterwards, save Jackson and Kellan, and sadly it seems like the evening left Jamie feeling not so great! The actor tweeted Jan. 26, “Yup. Raw fish and red wine came back to bite me on the arse. X.” Ouch! It appears that it was back to work for the cast Jan. 26 in Baton Rouge — perhaps to film that wedding scene after two straight days of rain! Let’s just hope that if Rob and the boys got a night out, Kristen and the girls — and Taylor Lautner for that matter — did the same!

For a vampire spawn wrenched into the world through a notoriously hellish childbirth, Mackenzie Foy is really quite a sweet girl.
That’s according to her onscreen grandmother Elizabeth Reaser, who plays Esme Cullen. “She lives across the hall from me in Baton Rouge, and she’s a wonderful, great actress,” Reaser tells MTV of the 10-year-old Twilight newcomer. “She never complains about anything. She’s so professional and just a sweetheart.”
Foy plays Robert Pattinson and Kristin Stewart’s onscreen daughter, Renesmee, in the upcoming Breaking Dawn films. And Reaser, for one, thinks the family resemblance is uncanny.
“I think it was really well cast between Rob and Kristen. She could be their kid, you know? She looks like that,” Reaser says.
In fact, for Reaser, the only downside of Foy’s arrival is that she herself has to play a grandmother. At 35, she jokes, “This is far too quick!”

Is Mamma Mia! hotness Dominic Cooper getting ready to give Robert Pattinson a run for his bloodsucking Twilight money?
Reports claim that Cooper is set to star as an ordinary man who becomes a vampire in the upcoming thriller Hello Darkness. Nothing’s official yet, but…
“I would like to play some sort of vampire,” Cooper told me yesterday at the Bing Bar at the Sundance Film Festival, where he was promoting The Devil’s Double. “I think it’s important everyone plays a vampire. Especially being influenced by The Lost Boys growing up as well and being able to quote most of the film and sing most of the songs, I feel I should.”
That said, it’s not like Cooper is hurting for work. He plays photographer Milton Greene with Michelle Williams as Marilyn Monroe in the upcoming My Week With Marilyn. “She was brilliant,” Cooper said of the Blue Valentine Oscar nominee’s performance. “She did a lot of the work. It was amazing to watch the transformation.”
He’s also in Captain America playing Iron Man’s father, Howard Stark. In The Devil’s Double, he takes a sadistic turning starring as Saddam Hussein’s late son, Uday, opposite French actress Ludivine Sagnier.
Everything I read about him or learned about him, just seemed like pure evil,” Cooper said. “It seems he stemmed from a very volatile, dangerous, monstrous place. That’s one thing I always said to [director Lee Tamahori]: ‘How am I going to be this person when I can find nothing I like about him? Nothing! He’s just disgusting on every level.’”
And then, of course, there’s the lingering question of whether we’ll ever see a sequel to Mamma Mia!.
“I know that there are loads and loads more songs that could be sung, but I’m not sure,” Cooper said. “Where would the story go? It would have to be a prequel.”
And speaking of prequels, when I mentioned the scoop I broke recently about a Dynasty movie being developed as a prequel of the classic 1980s prime-time soap, Cooper smiled, “I have to be a part of that.”

#BREAKINGDAWN in BR UpDate….. Wedding Prep Scenes… they’re gonna get married … Bellward… LOL
She’s also appearing with Robert Pattinson in Water For Elephants.
And Reese, a huge fan of the Twilight films, is amused that the Brit is now a moody vampire pin-up.
“It’s so funny because he’s really not a bad boy. He’s just a great guy and he looks very different in our film,” said Reese.

ThatsFairZack from Rob’s IMDB message board,
Hello, Zackie is backie. Well….despite my past history here for those whom remember, the time finally came. This happened a while back but I just remembered these boards. Didn’t I tell you guys if I met him i would tell you? So anyway…
They filmed a “beach scene” (??) for the upcoming Twilight movie down in Baton Rouge which is about an hour drive from where I live in New Orleans. Just by chance we were filming a scene for our school film project in the area, and was near the sight. We drove out to the shooting area where our teacher caught a familar face and talked with one of the guys on set. We were invited onto the set mainly to watch how a real set worked.
Anyway, they came to a small break in which Robert and Stewart were walking off set. One of the girls (Our assistant director =_=) was eagerly jittery and screamed out his name and he came up to us.
*sigh* Here it comes….(man……)
He’s a pretty cool dude. There! I Admit it! There it is! I didn’t have my phone on me because I was operating the boom and had left it inside my case back on our own set. My friend took a Photo of all of us with them, but he still hasn’t gotten it off his phone.
I didn’t like Kirsten.
And I bumped into Rathbone. Not on the set. And I mean, I literally bumped into him and didn’t notice until someone told me I bumped into uh…Jasper?…I think. I told him excuse me i’m sorry. Damn….I apologized to Rathbone when he should have apologized to me for Airbender.
Oh well…
Cool experience though. My first real set experience. Not the first famous people i’ve seen though. Still interesting. Thought you guys would like to know.
As you can imagine, many Rob fans at IMDB are questioning his story and had some follow up comments:
It’s not that I disliked her (Kristen) as a person, it’s that she didn’t really say anything. she was just kinda like “Hey”. I mean she took the picture and all, but maybe she was just tired or shy. I don’t know.
That’s it really. We weren’t there for long since we were on our own tight schedule and didn’t realize they were going to be on break, so we missed the action.
We had to go out of our way to the site. About 20-30 minute drive from our shooting location. We were nowhere near them. The only reason we were allowed on set was because my teacher who is a film maker who has worked on many productions knew one of the producers or assistant director from another movie previously shot here on set and he let us in.
It would only be a “nice try” if we werent in the buisness ourselves. They wouldn’t let random strangers on set, but they would let a familar face of a well respected film maker and film students on set.
A beach scene? I’m not familar with Twilight’s story but this is what we were told. It’s really different when you’re on set then from a movie. Remember Rocky? Him running up the steps and him making the famous “Y” were actually two seperate locations in Philidelphia. =)
I only saw the guy for a couple of minutes. I’ve never really looked into him much so I can’t say much about it.
I don’t have a picture because the guy who took it was a senior and graduated last semester. I gave him my number and told him to send me the pic but he never delivered. I haven’t seen it ever in like 2 months, I doubt i’ll get it. Maybe if he comes back to recieve critical reviews on a project, i’ll get to see him. But that could be a while.
Aye, i’m seeing some familar faces. I was hoping at least ONE person was left and possibly remembered me talking about this ages ago so that with all my lack of “evidence” someone could clarify that i’ve been involved in the film industry for quite some time.
Just for some clarification. My teacher was the Director for a documentary film about Editing called “The Hold Up.” This is a short movie clip that all filmmakers take all over the country to learn the basics of editing movies and how editing can effect the way a movie is percieved. It was narrated by Roger Ebert… =P. He’s worked on many movie productions, but for some reason lacks an IMDB account, or at least I’ve never found it. My editing teacher has a profile on here though…lol
I can’t agree to the ending, so no, I haven’t changed my mind >.<
But after being in so much film, i’m like…more open to oppurtunities and opinions. They don’t just teach us film on a technical level, they teach us on an ethical and buisness level. And we have to set our personal opinions aside a lot of the times.
I really liked my film teacher last semester and he told us how he doesn’t “hate” any film. The idea and thought that everything you see on screen, the camera angle, the shot, the pans, the zooms, the lighting the dolly shots, the transitions, everything! Is all something a group of people or one person took the time to put effort into each individual shot and idea to create a movie.
It’s a wonderful concept and i’m overjoyed having heard this. It made my outlook on film in general such a greater experience.
Yep. Second year. After this semester i’ll be going into my my Junior year (3rd year)
It helped me bond with my Dad a lot and my family. In fact, I wasn’t suppose to do it, but I got my editing teacher to show me how to get my movie off the editing software and onto a DVD so my family could watch it. They all liked it =). But it makes me feel awesome to know my father is part of my passion and the fact that a 62 year old man acted for me in something he’s never done in his life with absolutely no problems is great. He enjoyed the experience also.
I have the DVD on my desk in the back.
Take it with a grain of salt.

A few days ago we posted some “Exclusive Breaking Dawn On Set Info” (click here to see the post)
and now, we have a few more On-set details about Mackenzie and the BD cast *thanks again to our amazing on-set source. Thank you Thank you Thank you, we love you*
” I just love the way Mackenzie lights up the room. If it’s been a long day and everyone’s tired, she shows up and you can tell the atmosphere changes.
The fam scenes with Robert and Kristen will look amazing on screen. They have a special connection, you know. She looks so much like them and they enjoy working with her, so that makes it easy. They love joking around between takes. Specially with Robert, he loves using the ‘daughter’ thingy. I’ve heard he’s been teaching Mackenzie some words, with the accent and everything, so funny.
Kristen has found someone to share her ‘Miley Cyrus’ obsession with. And they both love pets, so they have a lot to talk about. Cuteness everywhere. But everybody loves her, she’s pretty smart for her age. It’s good to have a kiddo on set.”
Thank you Elite Affiliate Nessie Mackenzie!
Robert Pattinson’s nice words about his new movie Water for Elephants have somehow been turned against him by – surprise! – HollywoodLife.
The experts in exaggeration twist what Pattinson recently told MTV about the experience of doing the highly anticipated book adaptation with Reese Witherspoon.
Water for Elephants “definitely felt like I was doing a big movie when I was doing it and it felt totally different from doing something within the Twilight world,” said Pattinson, explaining, “Because now it just seems so familiar, the Twilight stuff.”
“It’s just like going to a normal job,” observed Pattinson of the vampire series.
Sounds about right, yes?
The actor clearly means that wrapping up his time as Edward Cullen with Breaking Dawn feels “normal” in that he’s so familiar with the role and comfortable with the process.
After all, Pattinson’s rise to stardom parallels the Twilight series’ rapid pop cultural explosion.
Pattinson is not saying that Twilight is some kind of humdrum cubicle gig he can barely stand.
Instead of treating the star’s remarks in the spirit they were intended, however, HollywoodLife opts for controversy, wondering whether they constituted a “diss” of Kristen Stewart.
“These comments must hurt the actress,” declares HollywoodLife.
Why?
Why does every utterance of flattery need to be an insult at the same time? Why can’t Pattinson love the camaraderie and comfort of his signature Twilight “job,” and also love the new challenges of Water for Elephants? Why does it have to be either/or?
The answer is that HollywoodLife needs to create an angle, pitting Stewart against Witherspoon, movie against movie, and Pattinson against the Twilight franchise.
HollywoodLife just continues to “diss” its readers with insulting stories like this one.

The past few days have seen some pretty ridiculous music movie stories circulating, which should serve as a general reminder to bloggers everywhere of a rule that you can’t forget: if the story sounds too good to be true and originates from the British press, triple check your sources. Especially when it’s an old rumor.Making the rounds recently was a report from UK paper The Daily Express that Robert Pattinson was going to play the late singer Jeff Buckley in an upcoming biopic. The quotes originated from an unknown Hollywood insider and worse, this rumor isn’t even new—it first popped up back in 2009. We reached out to one of the producers on the gestating film who told us “I did see [the U.K. report], it’s pretty funny.” So sorry, RPatz lovers, he won’t be crooning “Hallelujah” on your prom night anytime soon.
