We at Spunk-Ransom have a policy against posting paparazzi photos, however as we are sure you’ve seen, Rob had a new jacket as he was snapped vigorously by photographers at the airport in Vancouver today. Eclipse Saga did some digging and as it turns out, 1980′s rock star, Eddie Van Halen once wore the same jacket back in 1984 during Van Halen’s tour.
Yes, they considered him to be a good choice as a certain King if it were brought to film. They chose,
Edward IV (1461-70 & 1471-83)
The Yorkist claimant was a courageous leader who survived the worst period of the Wars of the Roses. The nugget for dramatists is that he married beneath him, for love. Bring it on, Robert Pattinson and Scarlett Johansson.
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, the two stars of the blockbuster series The Twilight Saga, rolled into town Monday afternoon at the Vancouver International Airport.
The two on-screen lovebirds — and rumoured real-life couple — were spotted at customs in the international terminal, arriving in town to film the latest installment of the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn.
A small group paparrazzi spotted the two inside the terminal and waited for Stewart and Pattinson to emerge.
After around 30 minutes, Stewart was first to leave the terminal, running out to her waiting chauffer vehicle and shielding her head with a jacket.
A few seconds later, Pattinson casually walked out wearing dark sunglasses and a bomber jacket with red sleeves. He kept his head low as the photographers shot him heading to his vehicle.
Stewart’s and Pattinson’s bodyguards escorted the stars from the airport to their cars.
Special to The Vancouver Sun
The vehicles took off and headed towards downtown Vancouver.
Their own relationship didn’t last, but Carlos Leon found the love of his life thanks to Madonna – their daughter Lourdes.
For now, he and his daughter bond by going on bike rides in New York City and hanging out at home, watching movies like Harry Potter and Twilight.
“She loves to watch Harry Potter. It’s a favorite of hers. We can watch that 100 times – well, she can,” Leon says. “Twilight is also pretty big at our house. She likes Robert Pattinson. She’s Team Edward all the way.”

Stars: Robert Pattinson, Reese Witherspoon, Christoph Waltz. Director: Francis Lawrence (“I Am Legend”).
2010’s “Remember Me” was supposed to be Pattinson’s chance to prove his appeal beyond Edward Cullen, but that movie has already been forgotten by all but his hardcore fans. Now he has another shot in this Great Depression-era circus-set love triangle between a veterinarian (Pattinson), an equestrian (Witherspoon) and her animal trainer husband (Waltz). And if this one doesn’t work either, Pattinson’s next historical romance, “Bel Ami,” is due later in the year.
“The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn (Part One)” (Nov. 18)

Stars: Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner. Director: Bill Condon (“Dreamgirls”).
Sorry Bella/Jacob fans (is that Bacob or Jella?), our angsty heroine’s heart has always been with cool vampire Edward. And “Dawn” is when the soulmates marry, get busy and have a little human-vamp über-baby. How much of these antics we’ll see in part one of the two part finale is not yet clear. But fangirls are already quivering with anticipation at reports of torrid love scenes. (No doubt still safely within the series’ PG-13 limits.)
After four months of shooting, local filming of Twilight: Breaking Dawn parts one and two wrapped last week. The movie is the highest-profile project to film in Baton Rouge and brought new national attention to the area. “The impact from this is remarkable beyond the dollars spent,” says Amy Mitchell-Smith, executive director of the Baton Rouge Film Commission. “Twilight is a pop cultural phenomenon, and this really got the Baton Rouge brand out to the world.” Mitchell-Smith says the city benefited from publicity, such as star Kristen Stewart talking about staying in Baton Rouge in a recent Vogue magazine cover story. According to estimates, Breaking Dawn filming pumped $98.2 million into the local economy. Breaking Dawn part one is set for release Nov. 18; the second movie will come out a year later. Timothy Boone
You may recall he won for Favorite Movie Actor last year. He filmed his acceptance speech on the Water for Elephants set. The mention begins around 2:20.
