Unlike Robert Pattinson’s and Kristen Stewart’s first star vehicles outside of the Twilight franchise, Remember Me and The Runaways, respectively, Abduction was a genre film. Lautner got paid a lot of money to make it ($7.5 million), and, in return, it was supposed to make a lot of money. It wasn’t necessarily supposed to get beat in the box-office standings by a Harry Connick Jr. movie about sea life.

If anything, Lautner’s weekend makes Pattinson look like the Twilight star to beat.

While Remember Me didn’t impress at first, it actually made back half its budget in its opening weekend. In the end, it more than tripled the budget. Water for Elephants, likewise, was a legit hit for a drama, grossing nearly $120 million worldwide off a $38 million budget.

And the Twilight Saga cast mate allegedly appearing is Mia Maestro? Too bad we didn’t get us some Rob this time around either. Let’s see how many more lists pop up today! If this is the official track list, how do you feel?

Update: For clarity, the soundtrack itself is not available until November 8th. However, the track list will be released tomorrow. Thank you!

With a little less than 2 months before ‘Breaking Dawn Pt 1’ comes out, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and the rest of the cast shared a few secrets.

The Twilight Saga is nearing its end. The first of the last two movies will be in theater on November 18th and fans are eagerly awaiting the rest of the adventures of Bella, Edward and Jacob. This time, the cult couple will finally celebrate their wedding and consumate their love. But, these happy moments make way to darker ones. Bella’s pregnancy and the birth of Renesmee, a half-human/half-vampire hybrid, will cause a lot of emotion on the blood suckers.

‘Breaking Dawn is part of the Saga but different from the other movies. We follow the same characters but we see them in a different light’ says Taylor Lautner while promoting Abduction in which he shares the spotlight with Lily Collins and is in theaters September 23rd. The 19 year-old actor, that grew up -and gained muscles- in front of the cameras for the Saga also revealed ‘Yes, I cried while watching Breaking Dawn. It’s a very moving movie.’

Rated PG

Like it predecessors, Breaking Dawn Part 1 is rated PG. Surprising since Robert Pattinson didn’t hide to Empire magazine that some of the bloodier scenes in the book were included in the movie, which is in the reins of Bill Condon (Dreamgirls, Chicago and Oscar winner for Gods and Monsters).

Bella (a human) is pregnant with Edward’s (a vampire) baby and it’s not your typical pregnancy. The bebay grows up too fast and puts Bella’s life in danger. The birth of Renesmee will bring shivers to the fans of the Saga. ‘Those scenes, a bit crazy, are part of the story and it would have been impossible not to include them; says the British actor who was discovered in Harry Potter and has since become an international superstar since the beginning of the Saga. ‘I think David will absolutely love a few scenes like the one where I open Kristen’s tummy and bite the placenta’ referring to David Cronenberg that worked with Rob in the upcoming movie Cosmopolis.

‘It was by far the funniest thing I had to do. I’d lift my head and my face was covered in a substance that reminded me of cottage cheese.’
Like for the rest of the series, Stephenie Meyer, the author of the Saga, was on had not only to supervise since she’s one of the producers but to guide and make sure that the movie follow the book. ‘Before filming the birth scene, Stephenie Meyer, a midwife, Kristen Stewart and I talked with a doctor to find out exactly where I’d have to bite. The doctor looked at us wide-eyed and his reaction was “I honestly don’t know if that is possible at all!”’.

High Security

Renesmee’s birth scene was filmed in Louisiana (Hollywood turns to this French colony which was sold to the USA in the XIXth century a lot) behind the closed doors of a studio. A security perimeter had been erected and not one photographer could get close.

But. that was tame compared to the wedding scene between Edward and Bella. Since it’s an ‘outside’ scene and the production team didn’t want any leaks, they covered the entire set with opaque filters. Impossible then to even have a glimpse of Bella’s dress, a Carolina Herrera creation and of which copies will be sold after the release of the movie. RCMP officers also surrounded the set where the actors were filming their ‘I do’s.

It is also that day that Kristen Stewart will remember most. The young actress, who is currently filming Snow White And The Huntsman in the UK and who plays a warrior version of the Grimm brothers fairytale, shows emotion while talking about that scene.

‘I wanted to run towards the altar.’ Revealed the actress who is currently in They complain about the vision of women presented in the movie like Bella living for one man, Edward.

Also, some think that Stephenie Meyer wants to send Quaker messages (the author is part of this obedient religion, very conservative) like the obligation for a woman to stay a virgin until her wedding. With Breaking Dawn, others are manifesting. In their sight, the Cullen clan, a metaphor for a reconstituted family a thousand leagues from Christian values. Alco, some observers don’t like the union of Bella and Edward (a human and a vampire which is contradicted by the laws of God) and they see this as a message by the author saying she really is talking about… gay marriage…

n 2010, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were named ‘Most Elegant Couple’ by InStyle magazine. The editors particularly noted Kristen’s relaxed attitude concerning fashion. She wears what she wants, when she wants, and her anticonformity is what makes her appealing for a lot of people. And Robert, he will probably always be associated with the romantic hero of Twilight! Despite their discretion, Kristen and Rob are one of the best assorted couple in Hollywood.
