Robert Pattinson arrived at LAX last night carrying one bag and getting some help with the rest of his luggage. Robert spent Christmas in England with his family, but is now back stateside to celebrate New Years Eve hopefully alongside his girlfriend Kristen Stewart. When they weren’t promoting Breaking Dawn Part 1 around the world, the twosome were both in London for much of the past few months while she shot Snow White and the Huntsman. Their promotional tour and cohabitation meant many sweet moments from Robert and Kristen. It was no surprise, then, that the Twilight pair scored big winning a number of our best of 2011 polls, including sexiest couple and favorite PDA moment.

Robert Pattinson is certainly getting away from his Edward Cullen persona with every pic taken of him with his massive beard. The Twilight heartthrob was seen touching down at LAX on Wednesday night, sporting the grunge look per usual.

Celebuzzbroke the news that the actor was heading to Los Angeles to spend New Year’s with his girl Kristen Stewart. Despite reports to the contrary, they are said to be planning a low key evening together rather than an end of the year blow out party.

RPattz did spend his Christmas holiday weekend in his homeland of England, while KStew spent time with family and gal pals in sunny California.

Robert Pattinson landed at LAX last night (December 28th) sporting his low-key uniform of a tee under a flannel, a baseball cap and facial hair.  He and girlfriend Kristen Stewart spent Christmas apart – she stayed in Los Angeles with her parents, while Pattinson celebrated in the UK – but it looks like they’ll be together for the New Year.

According to STV, the couple initially planned on laying low, but claims that now Stewart and Pattinson will join friends at Palihouse Holloway hotel in West Hollywood for a private dinner and dancing to the tune of a live swing bank.

Whether or not this is actually true remains to be seen, but it does appear that Stewart and Pattinson are spending New Year’s together in Los Angeles.

Provisional year-end figures show Santiago Segura’s politically incorrect cop comedy Torrente 4: Lethal Crisis sitting atop the Spanish box office receipts with 19.6 million euros ($25.6 million), ahead of Twilight: Dawn Part 1 and The Adventures of Tintin.

If the ranking stands, it will be the first time a Spanish film tops the Spanish year-end box office. As of Dec. 27, Twilight had earned 19.49 million euros ($25.4 million) and Tintin another 18 million ($23.5 million).
